Hi Kim,
ReplyDeleteI want to make your Nutella fudge brownies, and have a question. Is your mini muffin pan for 12 or 24. My pan is for 24, so would double your recipe?
Thanks Becky

The blizzard dumped 24" of snow and 40mph winds on us and we haven't seen the snowplow yet. Wish I was in San Diego today!
I will email you!!
DeleteHi there, some fellow food bloggers passed these awards on to me and now I am passing them on to you because you are awesome! http://www.eliseskitchen.com/?p=373
ReplyDeleteThank you Elise!!
DeleteHey there! I was wondering if I could not use a bread machine for the Semolina Pizza Dough and do it by hand? Or does this recipe must have a bread machine. Thanks! X
ReplyDeleteAmber... so sorry I didn't see your comment earlier!! You absolutely can make the pizza dough by hand! Any bread can be made with good old elbow grease, it just takes a little more work!
ReplyDeleteHi Kim,
ReplyDeleteFirst off I would like to say that you make food look amazing! After surfing through pages and pages of cornbread recipes, I finally landed on yours and it was love at first site.:) That being said, I think there's a typo on the custard-filled cornbread recipe. It calls for only 1/4 cup of cornmeal, but I found the original recipe online, which calls for 3/4 cup. Also, do you think it would make a difference if I used white cornmeal instead of yellow? Thanks and happy new year!
-Gabby
Happy New Year Gabby!! Thanks for your lovely note. You've started my year with a smile!
ReplyDeleteThank you also for the typo tip... I think you are right, the recipe should read 3/4 cup cornmeal. It really wouldn't be cornbread with 1/4 cup...!! I appreciate the catch, and I've made the change on our post.
As for yellow or white, I don't think it would make a difference at all. Flavor should be very similar and just the appearance a bit different.
Let us know if you try it! This was my neighbor's recipe, and I was so thankful they introduced it to us. Enjoy!
